Loved the balcony access, perfect for people-watching and pretending to be posh. Free private parking was a bonus - no need to worry about scratching my expensive car.
Such a shame the balcony didn't come with a personal butler to serve me cocktails and fan me with a palm leaf.

Wow! What an amazing city break! the location of this cozy lodge was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the mountains just a short walk away. the interior was beautifully renovated and had everything we needed for our short stay. the bed was super comfortable, and we loved that there were plug sockets right next to it. the kitchenette was well-equipped, with a working oven, all the cutlery we needed, and even a boiling water tap, which was a pleasant surprise. the owner was incredibly welcoming, and we appreciated the little touches like the milk in the fridge. Plus, the flexible check-out time meant we didn't feel rushed at all. We would love to come back here again sometime!
The shower water temperature was a bit tricky to control, with some fluctuations, but it wasn't a major issue for either of us. the WiFi didn't work on our devices, although it did work on the TV.

This apartment is such a cozy retreat with a lovely seaside vibe. The beachy decor and the comfortable seating area make it feel like a home away from home. The bedroom is comfy and perfect for a good night's sleep.
Not a fan of the tumble dryer, but some may find it useful.

The apartment was beautifully renovated and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The location was stunning, with amazing views of the mountains just a short walk away. The host was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
One minor issue was that the shower water temperature kept fluctuating for my partner, although I only experienced this if I kept turning the dial too quickly. Additionally, the WiFi didn't work on our devices, but luckily we had data and signal on our phones.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth and friendliness - it instantly made us feel at home. And oh my goodness, the location! The view was absolutely breathtaking, it was like something out of a dream. The interior of the lodge was so cozy, it felt like a warm hug. The bed was ridiculously comfy, we didn't want to leave it. Having plug sockets right next to the bed was a major plus, we didn't have to worry about charging our devices. The kitchenette had everything we could possibly need, from a working oven to all the cutlery and even dish soap! And get this, there was a boiling water tap - something you rarely come across. The owner had thoughtfully left us some milk in the fridge, which was a lovely touch. And can we talk about the check out time? It was super lenient, so we didn't feel rushed at all. We're already excited to plan our next visit, because honestly, we couldn't recommend this place enough!

I recently stayed at a charming lodge house in Trawsfynydd and had a wonderful experience. The interior of the lodge was cozy and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, even better than my own! The owner was very welcoming and showed me around, even in the heavy rain. Despite the ongoing renovations in the surrounding area, there were no issues with the lodge itself. The kitchenette had everything I needed, including a working oven and a boiling water tap. The view from the lodge was absolutely stunning, with beautiful mountains just a short walk away. I also appreciated the convenience of plug sockets right next to the bed. Although the shower water temperature was a bit finicky for my partner, I only experienced the issue if I repeatedly turned the dial. The WiFi didn't work on our devices, but thankfully we had data and signal on our phones. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this Grade II Listed Lodge House.
